Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Leeds office.

This is a sales-focused recruitment role specialising in the placement of support staff within schools across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into vital school-based roles including:

• SEND Teaching Assistants
• Pastoral Officers
• Cover Supervisors
• Attendance Officers
• School Admin Staff

You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and schools, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of school clients across the region
• Source, interview, and place support staff into temporary and permanent roles
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify new business opportunities and win new clients
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage

• A target-driven, sales-minded individual with a proactive attitude
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
