Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a highly successful and aggressively growing business based in North West Leeds to recruit a driven and ambitious Finance Analyst. The Role:

Reporting into senior finance , you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible position offering strong exposure to stakeholders and the opportunity to really add value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Delivering meaningful analysis on performance and business trends
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support decision making
• Developing reports and improving financial processes and controls
• Supporting ongoing projects as the business continues to grow

About You:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE
• Proven experience in a similar finance role with exposure to analysis/reporting
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret data clearly
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
