Firewall Operations & Support: Provide operational support for Check Point firewalls, including incident and problem resolution Support in the diagnosis and resolution of complex network security issues across production environments Change Implementation & Platform Maintenance: Manage request backlog (Jira) and raise changes (ServiceNow) Implement and/or review firewall policy changes and NAT updates to policy Support platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management Track delivery of operational tasks, improvements, and remediation activities Security, Risk & Compliance Support audit, compliance, and vulnerability management activities Produce and update operational runbooks and knowledge articles (Confluence) Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Support strong communication between shift teams.
