Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and execute high-quality, creative lesson plans that meet the needs of all learning styles.

  • Establish a structured, positive classroom environment built on mutual respect and high expectations.

  • Accurately monitor pupil data to identify, target, and close learning gaps effectively.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the SENDCo and support staff to deliver specialised learning paths.

  • Create visually stimulating and interactive educational displays to celebrate pupil achievement.

  • Engage warmly and productively with parents to build a strong home-school partnership.

Requirements for the Role
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of primary teaching experience.

  • Solid understanding of inner-city school demographics and strategies for driving positive pupil behaviour.

  • A current, clear Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage marking and planning cycles efficiently.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a meaningful social impact.
