About You

- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating four small engineering teams operating across .NET and PHP technologies. You will provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure the teams are operating effectively and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Matrix-managing engineering teams across .NET and PHP technology stacks
- Driving high standards of technical quality, delivery performance, and engineering best practice
- Identifying and removing delivery blockers to maximise team effectiveness
- Improving ways of working and helping teams operate more efficiently
- Supporting greater integration between these teams and the wider technology organisation
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and engineering leadership
- Guiding technical decision-making
- Championing AI-augmented software development, helping teams leverage tools such as Claude Code and/or Devin effectively
