Sales Support Executive

Leeds (outskirts)

£14,000 - £15,000 per annum

Part-time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

We are seeking a part-time Sales Support Executive to join our client, a long-standing, family-run Civil Engineering company based on the outskirts of Leeds.

The ideal candidate will have around 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position. While experience within the industry would be advantageous, it is not essential, as we are primarily looking for someone with the right skills and attitude to develop within the business.

Key duties will initially include:

• Communicating with both new and existing customers
• Processing orders for plant and contractors via email, telephone, and the website
• Updating website content and social media platforms
• Overseeing the availability of plant machinery
• Liaising with contractors and clients throughout projects
• Maintaining and updating work orders within the internal CRM system
• Supporting the Sales and Account Management teams with new enquiries and opportunities
• Preparing and sending emails, letters, and confirmation documents
• Delivering high standards of customer service at all times

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Confident using computers, including Excel
• Strong numerical ability
• Well-organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
