Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are recruiting for a Dealer Support Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team for an initial 2-month assignment.

Based in state-of-the-art offices at Kirkstall Forge, conveniently located right next to the train station, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced and professional environment.

As a Dealer Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the processing of vehicle orders from initial instruction through to contract activation. Working closely with dealers, brokers and internal teams, you will ensure documentation is accurate, complete and processed efficiently.

• Processing and maintaining customer and dealer documentation.
• Supporting the end-to-end administration of customer contracts.
• Liaising with dealers and brokers via phone and email to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
• Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Creating customer payment schedules.
• Processing dealer invoices and supporting payment activities.
• Managing customer welcome pack administration.
• Monitoring and progressing outstanding cases to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
