Senior Implementation Manager

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with one of the UK's leading pension providers, specialising in Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC) and Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) pension scheme management. This is key hire to the business as they gear towards their launch of their new scheme so if you are open to exploring the market, this role could be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end pension scheme transitions from initial scoping through to full operational handover.
• Shape best-practice methodologies for data migration, risk transfer, asset onboarding and system integration.

• Integrate systems, processes and data effectively to ensure smooth go-live and long-term stability.

• Act as the main point of contact for employers, trustees, advisers and third-party administrators.

• Oversee timelines, risks, dependencies and resources across multiple concurrent implementations.

• Support New Business by presenting onboarding capability and producing materials for prospective clients.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience in setting up pension implementations from scratch (can consider DB or DC experience)
• Strong project and change management experience
• Experience in strong relationship management both internally & externally

Our client can be flexible on location but travel to their Leeds office will be required to collaborate with the wider team.
