Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a professional, friendly and personable administrator to join the team in Leeds as a Senior IFA Administrator. This role provides full administrative support and business processing to deliver a compliant, effective service to clients and advisers, working primarily from tasks managed via the firm's back office system (Curo).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full back office support for clients, managing and tracking pipeline activity with regular progress updates
- Process new business, including managing activity on Curo and setting up/placing business with third-party platforms and providers
- Process other advice-related activity, such as amendments to existing investments, trades, and withdrawals
- Support the new client onboarding process by completing Curo updates and tasks as required
- Support the client review process by completing pre- and post-meeting tasks and actions
- Liaise with relevant product providers and third parties
- Maintain the CRM (Curo) to ensure KYC information is entered fully and accurately
- Process and issue client invoices, including adviser charging arrangements, and liaise with Finance on overdue payments
- Ensure all tasks on Curo are completed in line with company policy and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Assess client file documents against compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actions as needed
Requirements
- Strong background in IFA Administration
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional telephone manner
