Working Pattern: Office-based during the first 3 months, with hybrid arrangements thereafter

A highly regarded and established UK law firm is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join its close-knit HR team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career within recruitment and HR.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will support recruitment activity across the firm, assisting with everything from vacancy management and candidate screening through to interviews, assessments and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment inboxes, applications and candidate queries.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards, LinkedIn and internal platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, testing and assessment centres.
- Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Support relationships with external recruitment agencies and manage candidate submissions.
- Assist with graduate, trainee and vacation scheme recruitment.
- Support Careers Fairs and other recruitment events, including some travel to London and regional locations.
- Assist with onboarding, including references, DBS and Right to Work checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in line with GDPR and internal policies.
- Support recruitment reporting, diversity monitoring and wider HR projects.
You will be highly organised, personable and confident communicating with people at all levels. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
You will ideally have:
- A 2:1 degree or above, or equivalent.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, self-motivated and positive approach.
- The confidence to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience within legal or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience supporting graduate recruitment or assessment centres would also be beneficial.
