Key Responsibilities:
 
·Lead the electrical design aspects of building services projects across various sectors, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into diverse building designs.
·Conduct feasibility studies, design calculations, and performance assessments to optimize system efficiency and sustainability.
·Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
·Oversee project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality assurance throughout.
Key experience:
 
·Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
·Chartered Engineer or working towards this.
·Extensive experience in designing and delivering electrical building services projects across various sectors.
·Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux
·Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and codes, including CIBSE guidelines and UK building regulations.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing project teams and delivering projects successfully.
