Site Manager - #2126617

Im building my network of experienced Site Managers across the North ahead of upcoming permanent requirements.

I work with main contractors, regional contractors, housebuilders and fit-out specialists across Yorkshire, the North East, North West and Humberside.

What Im looking for
- Proven experience running construction sites from start through to handover
- Strong management of subcontractors, programmes and site teams
- Experience with RAMS, inspections, quality, snagging and handover
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS, with Black Manager Card advantageous
- Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, fit-out or refurbishment
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in the North or willing to travel
