Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be partnered with a Global electronics organisation, with the search & selection of a new Supply Chain Manager EMEA.

Step into a pivotal leadership role where your decisions will directly shape service levels, cost efficiency and resilience across a fast-paced supply chain operation. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end supply chain performance, from global sourcing through to final delivery, within a business that values data-driven thinking and continuous improvement. You’ll join a team that is investing in its processes, systems and people, giving you the scope to make a visible impact.

About the Role:
As Supply Chain Manager EMEA, you will oversee the planning, procurement, logistics and inventory functions to ensure reliable, cost-effective product availability. You will drive alignment between demand forecasts, supplier capabilities and distribution capacity, optimising the flow of goods from low-cost country suppliers through to customers. Your leadership will be central to improving service, reducing risk and delivering measurable cost and performance improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, covering demand planning, procurement, materials, and inventory management to meet service and cost targets.
* Develop, validate and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, operations and finance, ensuring plans are translated into clear supply requirements.
* Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing strategies, supplier selection and contract negotiation, ensuring quality, cost and delivery objectives are met.
* Implement and maintain inventory optimisation strategies, including safety stock and reorder parameters, to balance availability with working capital, within low cost country supply chain.
* Design and execute risk management and contingency plans across the supply chain, identifying vulnerabilities and establishing mitigation measures.
* Coordinate and manage low-cost country sourcing and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance, reliability and competitive total landed cost.
* Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and resilience.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supply chain management role, covering logistics, procurement, planning and inventory in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
* Demonstrable expertise in procurement and contract negotiation, with the ability to secure favourable commercial terms and manage supplier performance.
* Hands-on experience with demand forecasting and planning processes, using data and analytics to drive accurate and actionable plans.
* Solid background in inventory management and optimisation, including setting and reviewing stock policies and parameters.
* Experience in supply chain risk management and contingency planning, with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate operational and supply risks.
* Direct exposure to low-cost country supply chains, including sourcing, supplier development and managing global supply routes.
* Proficiency with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience of leading supply chain transformation or continuous improvement projects, including process redesign and system enhancements.
* Familiarity with advanced planning tools, demand planning software or integrated supply chain platforms.
* Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies applied within supply chain environments.
* Background in managing customs, import/export compliance and international trade documentation.
* Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG or distribution-focused organisations with high SKU complexity.

If you are ready to take ownership of a critical supply chain function and drive tangible performance improvements, we’d like to hear from you. Apply now to bring your expertise to a role where your impact will be clearly recognised.
