PROJECT MANAGER – TIER 1 MAIN CONTRACTOR
Leeds | £40m+ Major Refurbishment
I’m currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a major £40m project in the heart of Leeds.
The project involves the full refurbishment and transformation of a commercial building, including:
- Full new external façade & building envelope
- New roof
- Major M&E replacement
- Internal fit-out
- Grade A office space
- BREEAM Excellent / high sustainability targets
- Working alongside a major public-sector client
What I'm looking for:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor
- Experience delivering £20m+ projects
- Strong refurbishment / commercial / fit-out background
- Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and client teams
- Strong programme, commercial and health & safety knowledge
- Ideally experience working on complex live/occupied environments
