Finance Manager | Leeds | £65,000-£70,000 | Hybrid Working

A Leeds-based client is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to support the business through its next exciting phase of planned growth.

This is a broad and high-impact role with a strong focus on financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations and working with data to support decision-making across the business. Alongside the technical aspects of the position, the successful candidate will be a strong people manager who can motivate, develop and lead a team effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial reporting activities
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
• Overseeing consolidations
• Analysing and interpreting data to support business performance
• Managing, mentoring and motivating the finance team
• Supporting the business through its next phase of growth

The ideal candidate will be:

• An experienced Finance Manager with strong technical accounting and reporting skills
