Are you a Sales Executive or Account Manager looking to develop your career within a successful engineering business where you can directly contribute to new business growth?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established manufacturer with over 50 years of success, supplying specialist components and accessories into a wide range of engineering and industrial markets.

You will join an established sales team where you will have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, win new customers and develop existing accounts. You will work from CRM generated leads alongside your own proactive prospecting and cold calling activity.

Based from the company site in Leeds, you will manage opportunities through the sales cycle, negotiate pricing, identify areas for account growth and support the launch of new products across UK and international markets.

This role would suit somebody with B2B sales experience who enjoys winning new business, building customer relationships and working towards clear sales targets.

The Role:

* Generating new business through cold calling, prospecting and CRM leads
* Developing and growing existing customer accounts
* Managing opportunities through the sales cycle
* Negotiating pricing and maintaining strong margins
* Supporting new product launches and identifying new market opportunities
* Monday to Friday, office based

The Person:

* Experience within B2B sales, business development or account management
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Commutable to Leeds
