Your new role
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and installation works across occupied and void residential properties.Key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
• Installing and replacing sanitary ware, taps, sinks, baths, and toilets
• Carrying out pipework repairs and replacements
• Identifying and resolving water leaks
• Working on hot and cold water systems
• Completing bathroom refurbishment works where required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service when working within tenants' homes
• Completing job sheets and reports accurately

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience working within domestic maintenance, social housing, or property services
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of current plumbing regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive and flexible approach to work
