Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive – Leeds

A leading specialist law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Executive to join its established and growing Clinical Negligence team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive to manage a varied caseload of claims, working across all stages of the litigation process, including complex and serious injury matters.

This is a Leeds based role, with high levels of agile working on offer.

As a Litigation Executive, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to settlement or trial
• Progress claims proactively and efficiently through the litigation process
• Handle a varied caseload, including complex and high-value clinical negligence matters
• Draft Letters of Claim, witness statements, instructions to experts and other legal documentation
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and other relevant parties
• Assist with settlement negotiations and prepare matters for trial where required
