Location: Leeds (fully on-site)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
Salary: £28,000

We're looking for a Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join a growing team with a unique and interesting product and fun clients based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre with parking

The most important skills for this role are excellent communication and strong attention to detail. If you're known for getting things right first time and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Processing customer orders accurately, ensuring correct products, pricing and delivery details
• Supporting customers with order, delivery and account-related queries
• Investigating and resolving order, delivery and system issues
• Communicating proactively with customers regarding delays or changes
• Working closely with Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Following company processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service

• Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly and professional
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using ERP, CRM or e-commerce systems
• A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
