A well-established, independent estate agency in North Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager / Asset Manager to take ownership of a growing residential portfolio.
This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to manage and enhance portfolio performance, strengthen landlord relationships, and play a central part in the continued growth of the property management function.

The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio with a focus on performance, retention, and service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as a trusted advisor
• Oversee tenancy lifecycles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Identify opportunities to maximise asset value and rental income
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice
• Manage maintenance, contractors, and property standards across the portfolio
• Handle escalations and resolve complex queries efficiently
• Support business growth through landlord retention and referrals

About You

• Proven experience within property management or lettings
• Strong understanding of residential portfolio management
• Commercial mindset with the ability to add value to client assets
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
