SENIOR IFA ADMINISTRATOR | LEEDS / HYBRID

Phoenix Talent Partners is exclusively representing a growing Financial Planning business looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its team.

This is a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and excellent Adviser support are essential.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the advice process runs smoothly from application through to completion.

Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers

Process applications and accurately key client and policy information

Manage transactions and ongoing client administration

Navigate provider portals and platforms confidently

Liaise with providers and other third parties

Maintain accurate client records and ensure cases progress efficiently

Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and Compliance

We're looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with:

Strong experience supporting Financial Advisers

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Good knowledge of the financial planning / advice process

Experience using provider platforms and relevant industry technology

Strong organisational and time-management skills

The ability to manage a busy workload and competing priorities

A proactive, team-focused approach

Pride in delivering a high standard of service
