Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or classroom support professional looking for your next opportunity?

We are an education recruitment agency currently recruiting experienced support staff to work across primary schools in and around the LS25 area of Leeds.

Our schools are looking for reliable, confident and enthusiastic individuals who can come into the classroom and make a positive difference from day one.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working alongside the class teacher
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping children develop their confidence and independence
• Providing general classroom support

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working within a primary school or similar education setting
• Be confident supporting children with different abilities and needs
• Be adaptable and happy to work across different year groups
• Have a warm, patient and positive approach
• Be reliable and committed to supporting their school
