We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to join a major construction scheme in Leeds.

This is a great opportunity for a capable Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction to join an established site team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives.

• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating trades.

• Liaising with Site Management, Project Management and subcontractors.

• Monitoring progress and reporting any issues or delays.

• Ensuring RAMS and site procedures are followed.

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site.

• Carrying out regular inspections and quality checks.

• Assisting with the planning and sequencing of works.

• Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on major construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site procedures and health & safety.

• SSSTS or SMSTS.

• CSCS.

• Relevant site experience within a main contractor or subcontractor environment.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
