Store Manager | Furniture & Homeware | £40-50k + Bonus

We are working with a well-established and much-loved furniture and homeware retailer who are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to take responsibility for the performance of a high-profile retail location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who understands the importance of combining strong commercial performance with an exceptional customer journey. The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store. You'll lead a knowledgeable sales team, create a high-energy trading environment and ensure customers receive expert advice from the moment they walk through the door.

Our new Store Manager will be responsible for:

• Taking full ownership of sales, revenue and store performance
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals
• Setting clear expectations and driving performance against KPIs
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
• Coaching the team to maximise every customer opportunity and increase conversion
• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
• Ensuring excellent visual, operational and merchandising standards
• Managing staffing, rotas, performance and day-to-day store operations
• Using commercial data and customer insight to identify opportunities for growth
• Working collaboratively with the wider management team to support business objectives

What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in sales-led retail and a proven ability to deliver results through people.

Experience within furniture, interiors, homeware, premium retail or another considered-purchase environment would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other high-value retail sectors will also be considered.
