Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex DB pension administration and benefit calculations.
- Handle member enquiries and project work.
- Review and quality-check colleagues' work.
- Support and mentor team members.
- Ensure service levels, data quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Strong Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration experience.
- Proven benefit calculation knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Working towards or holding a recognised pensions qualification is desirable.
- Diverse workload across multiple pension schemes.
- Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture.
- Excellent training and career development opportunities.
- Exposure to both BAU administration and project-based work.
