- Supporting year-end, statutory reporting and audit activity.
- Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing improvements across financial processes and controls.

- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex financial models.
- Strong financial controls and audit experience.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
- An adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to provide stability and leadership through periods of change.
Previous experience within a not-for-profit, public sector or similarly complex organisation would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience of finance transformation, systems implementation or process improvement would also be beneficial.
The Benefits
- Circa £72,000, depending on experience.
- 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of two office days per week.

- Performance-related bonus.
- Up to 8% employer pension contribution.
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Wider professional development and wellbeing benefits.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a broad leadership position within a growing not-for-profit environment, with plenty of scope to contribute across reporting, people leadership, controls and finance improvement.
