Overview:
The Share Plans Administrator will join the team based in our central Leeds office on a hybrid basis. This means you’ll need to be within commuting distance to enable you to be in the office each week with your colleagues.
The role holder will be responsible for providing operational oversight and support for the administration of the share plan services that are delivered to clients and their employees. You’ll ensure that daily activities are completed in line with agreed service level agreements, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and exceptional customer service.
You will maintain client records, monitor Global Capability Centre (GCC) processing activity and ensure that all tasks are executed in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The Share Plans Administrator will play a critical role in identifying and escalating issues, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring that operational risks are managed effectively.

What you need:

Day to Day, you will:
• Support the delivery of a simplified, customer-focused service, by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and leveraging technology and innovation within the share plans function
• Maintain expert knowledge of share plan products, procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring all mandatory training and ongoing learning is completed with the required timeframes
• Identify and propose process improvements that enhance the client and participant experience, collaborating with peers and supervisors to implement changes
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality
• Accurately process and verify documentation related to share plan events, including purchases, sales, maturities, launches and leaver activity
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure oversight controls are applied and service delivery is consistent
• Monitor management information (MI), including complaints, risk events and operational metrics, escalating issues as appropriate
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and participating in team meetings and huddles
• Assist in the implementation of process and business changes, promoting a constructive and adaptable approach
• Uphold company values in all interactions and day-to-day responsibilities
• Ensure key controls are executed within required timeframes and follow through on any issues to resolution
• Perform duties in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including CASS and MiFID II, in addition to maintaining full compliance with internal policies, procedures and FCA regulations
• Promote a risk-aware culture and report any incidents or breaches in line with established protocols
