Elevation Recruitment Group’s Skilled Shop Floor Division is currently recruiting for a Production Technician on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing medical manufacturer.

Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm - early finish Friday 
Salary: £27,360

The Role

Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, recording and maintaining production data to support manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting, recording and reporting daily production data from the shop floor
• Maintaining accurate manufacturing and production records
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately and within agreed deadlines
• Identifying missing, unclear or incorrect information
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies where appropriate
• Escalating any data gaps, inconsistencies or concerns to the relevant manager
• Supporting compliance with quality and manufacturing standards

About You

We are keen to speak with Production Technicians who have:

• Experience working within a manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, food production or other regulated environment
• Confidence working on the shop floor and engaging with production teams
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
