Accounts Manager – Commercial Property Portfolio

Salary: £27,500 – £40,000 per year (negotiable, pro rata if part-time)

Location: Leeds City Centre (LS2 7EY) – office based

Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3–4 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

About us

We are a busy firm of Chartered Surveyors in Leeds City Centre, dealing with all aspects of commercial property. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our existing team of four.

The role

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of client accounts, including:

- Invoicing

- Rent and service charge collection

- Paying invoices

- Paying monies over to clients

- Regular reporting to clients

About you

- Experience in commercial or residential property management accounts would be ideal, but is not essential

- Experience of Qube (MRI Qube) or similar property management software would be beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided
