We are recruiting for a growing and highly successful organisation seeking a Front of House Administrator & Receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, visitors and suppliers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience while providing comprehensive administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers, visitors and suppliers.
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
- Scheduling consultations, appointments and follow-up meetings.
- Managing multiple diaries and coordinating schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Opening and closing the office and carrying out daily administration checks.
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring facilities are presented to a high standard.
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies.
- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors.
- Supporting compliance and administrative processes.
- Providing general office and business support.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Administration role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong diary management and appointment scheduling experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
