IQVIA is looking to recruit a Primary Care Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in improving patient access to innovative treatments in Women’s Health. This is a unique opportunity to work across the healthcare pathway, driving awareness and supporting appropriate referrals from Primary Care into Secondary Care.

This is a hybrid role, combining education and account management with high-quality clinical engagement across Primary Care.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with GPs, Practice Nurses, Primary Care Networks and other healthcare stakeholders to increase awareness of treatment options in Women’s Health. Through education, pathway development and account management, you will help ensure appropriate patients are identified and referred for specialist treatment.

You will:

  • Deliver compliant, evidence-based education on available treatment options.
  • Support the development and optimisation of referral pathways between Primary and Secondary Care.
  • Increase awareness of treatment centres and help improve patient access to care.
  • Identify opportunities within local healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes and reduce waiting times.
  • Manage key accounts strategically, developing tailored territory plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Deliver impactful face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational programmes, webinars and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure alignment with brand objectives, NHS priorities and local healthcare needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience - Women's Health would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Primary Care environment and NHS structures.
  • Experience of account management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills via face to face and remote meetings.
  • Ability to work strategically across healthcare pathways and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience delivering educational or scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
