Role SummaryThis role offers an established financial services administrator the opportunity to join a respected wealth management practice in Leeds, providing direct exposure to high-calibre advisory teams, a structured 35-hour working week, and fully funded support toward professional financial planning exams.
Key Responsibilities- Process new business applications, fund switches, and withdrawals across third-party investment platforms, giving you broad technical familiarity with modern wealth management solutions.
- Support the end-to-end client onboarding and review process, deepening your practical understanding of the advisory journey from initial consultation through to post-meeting execution.
- Liaise directly with third-party product providers, platforms, and internal advisers to manage pipeline progress, building your professional communication skills and industry network.
- Maintain client records and review documentation within Curo, developing your compliance insight and operational mastery of market-leading practice management technology.
- Operational administration experience within financial planning, wealth management, or the broader financial services sector.
- Proficiency with back-office CRM systems, with experience using Curo or similar wealth platforms considered an advantage, alongside strong core Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, advisers, and external institutions.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail, paired with an appetite to learn and pursue professional financial services qualifications.
