Are you a confident outbound salesperson looking to build a career in B2B tech sales? We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing SaaS business. You’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities through high volume outbound calling, engaging senior leaders, and booking qualified demos for the wider sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-led role with a clear route into Account Executive responsibilities for the right person.

Are you a confident outbound salesperson looking to build a career in B2B tech sales? We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing SaaS business. You’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities through high volume outbound calling, engaging senior leaders, and booking qualified demos for the wider sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-led role with a clear route into Account Executive responsibilities for the right person.
What you’ll do
- Make high volume outbound calls around 100 per day.
- Prospect and engage CTOs and senior leaders.
- Book qualified, attended demos and build your own pipeline.
- Source and manage prospect data accurately.
- Track activity, KPIs and conversion performance.
- At least 12 months’ B2B sales experience
- Strong cold-calling confidence, resilience and communication skills.
- Comfortable working to activity and revenue targets.
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with enhanced earnings for exceeding target.
- Hybrid working from Leeds city centre, typically maximum three days in the office.
- Structured progression into an Account Executive role.
