Key Account Manager

Location: Leeds (Hybrid) | Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus scheme

We're pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading sportswear brands who are on a massive upward trajectory. They are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, manage key wholesale accounts, and develop strong customer relationships within a fast-paced fashion or sportswear environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts, maximising sales and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Analyse sales performance, financial data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams on product launches and commercial strategies.
• Manage sales agents and support the development of new accounts and partnerships.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in key account management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven wholesale experience, ideally within fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a track record of driving sales growth.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and confident in managing key accounts independently.
• Marketplace or European wholesale experience is advantageous.
