  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, LinkedIn, email and organic social media.
  • Build and develop an engaged installer and end-user community, including the introduction and management of loyalty or rewards programmes.
  • Create compelling lead-generation content and resources, including installation guides, video content, product information and specification downloads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to establish lead qualification criteria, scoring models and effective lead handover processes.
  • Ensure all enquiries are accurately routed, tracked and followed up, with clear visibility of lead progression and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage and develop the HubSpot Marketing Hub platform, including email marketing, audience segmentation, automated workflows, data quality and lead nurturing.
  • Drive the ongoing development of marketing automation, reporting capabilities and CRM integrations, including integration with the company's ERP system.
  • Take full ownership of the website, improving content, user journeys, landing pages, conversion rates and the stockist locator.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, website traffic and qualified enquiries.
  • Publish, manage and optimise marketing content, including product pages, case studies, blog articles and campaign landing pages.
  • Produce regular performance reports and marketing dashboards, tracking key metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is allocated effectively and delivers measurable results.
  • Oversee external digital marketing, SEO and paid media agencies, alongside freelancers, to ensure high-quality delivery and strong campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns that align brand messaging, product launches and stockist activity with end-user demand generation.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager or similar marketing role, with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable commercial results.
  • Hands-on experience managing a CRM and marketing automation platform, ideally HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong practical knowledge of paid search paid social, SEO, email marketing and organic social media.
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales growth.
  • Confident using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities and make data-led decisions.
  • A demonstrable track record of improving lead generation, conversion rates and marketing return on investment.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, external agencies and freelance resources.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, customer segmentation, marketing automation and sales alignment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales and marketing teams and present performance insights to senior leadership.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to take ownership, identify opportunities and continuously improve marketing performance.

Desirable experience includes:

  • A background in B2B marketing, construction or a related industry.
  • Experience implementing lead scoring, lead routing processes and CRM or ERP integrations.
  • Experience developing customer loyalty schemes, professional communities or customer engagement programmes.

In return, you will receive

  • A competitive salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
  • A very generous bonus scheme, rewarding performance and contribution to business growth.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing and demand generation within a growing business.
  • Unlimited annual leave after probationary period.
  • Free breakfast and snacks in the office.
  • Lunch provided 3 times per week.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Onsite parking.
  • Excellent culture within the business.
  • The autonomy to shape strategy, implement new ideas and make a measurable commercial impact.
  • The chance to develop and optimise marketing technology, automation and reporting processes.
  • The opportunity to work collaboratively with an established marketing team and senior stakeholders.
  • A role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference to the business's continued growth.
