THE ROLE:

We’re searching for Paid Media enthusiast with a passion for planning, delivering, and optimising ROI focussed paid media campaigns for clients of all shapes and sizes! You’ll play a vital role within the existing paid media team and use your expertise to shape strategies and deliver measurable impact across a wide range of projects or ongoing retainers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and optimise ROI focussed paid media campaigns across various platforms, working with varying budgets.
• Manage paid media campaigns; track & analyse data to optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate on creative direction to ensure cohesive messaging across client campaigns and channels.
• Write ROI focussed & impactful paid media ads, supported by input from the content team.
• Produce performance reports and deliver monthly presentations to clients.
• Proactively manage and optimise clients’ evolving paid media strategies, budgets, and channel mixes to meet & surpass their expectations.
• Support new business activity with paid media proposals.
• Work closely with clients and communicate successes, strategies, and deliverables.
• Provide expertise, training and guidance to overall performance team and across the business.
• Keep up to date with the latest paid media trends and technologies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Solid experience in a Paid Media Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar is essential.
• Broad experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Experience successfully managing large budgets.
• Previous experience working with B2B, B2C, lead generation, e-commerce clients would be ideal.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, including demographics, interests, behaviours, and retargeting.
• Experience in data analytics and campaign optimisation tools to enhance performance.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Desirable: Experience with Meta & TikTok ad platforms.
• UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
• This role is based on the outskirts of West Leeds, so a driving licence and access to a car would be ideal.
