Senior Executive Search Consultant, Board and C Suite | Leeds | Up to £80k base

I’m managing a search for a Senior Executive Search Consultant to join a firm handling board and C suite appointments. The business has doubled its revenue to over £30m in the last three years.

The firm

Founded in 2006, the business has more than 80 people across Leeds, London, Manchester and Birmingham, and works with clients across the UK and internationally.

The role

• A senior position working as number two to the co founder, with a hand in how the practice grows
• Developing client relationships, originating new business and leading assignments from briefing through to appointment
• Shaping search strategies, assessing senior candidates and advising clients on leadership hires
• Providing guidance and support to colleagues across research and delivery
• Client introductions and referrals from colleagues across the wider business

The package

• Base salary up to £80k depending on experience, plus commission
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
• Private medical insurance from day one
• Office based in Leeds 5 days a week, with some flexibility once settled in

Background

• Previous executive search or leadership recruitment experience is not required
• The firm is open to people from contingent, research led or executive search backgrounds
• Suited to someone who builds credible senior relationships and enjoys complex briefs
• A good fit for someone who wants a more influential position, working closely with a founder who has an established client base
