What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the complete recruitment process while developing your own specialist market.

You’ll:

• Build relationships with senior professionals, business leaders and specialist candidates
• Partner with businesses across MedTech, Life Sciences and Digital Health
• Identify and approach high-calibre professionals
• Develop new client relationships within a full 360° recruitment role
• Manage recruitment projects from the initial client brief through to offer and placement
• Become a recognised specialist within your chosen market
• Gain exposure to international clients, candidates and industry events

There are three specialist opportunities available:

Digital Health and Medical Imaging AI

Work alongside an established consultant while building a complementary specialism within one of healthcare’s most exciting growth markets.

Medical Rehabilitation and Mobility

Take ownership of an established market with existing client relationships and live recruitment requirements, giving you a strong platform from which to build.

Multi-Site Healthcare Services

Help develop a growing specialism covering dental service organisations and other multi-site healthcare operators, working closely with senior leadership and building from an existing client relationship.

Working Environment

This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
