The role

You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You’ll take briefs, take over candidates screened by our TAS team and manage them through interview, offer, start and their first 12 weeks, to hit each client’s monthly starter numbers.

What you’ll do

• Own client relationships: briefs, feedback, reporting and regular reviews
• Manage candidates from handover through interview, offer and start
• Keep in touch with starters through their first 12 weeks so they stay
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and win repeat business
• Keep Loxo accurate and follow our processes to the letter

What success looks like

Around 10 starters a month of your own, and about 20 a month across your accounts.

What you’ll bring

• Recruitment experience, ideally high-volume or sales recruitment
• Confidence with clients and a track record of hitting targets
• Strong organisation: you’ll be juggling several clients at once

What you’ll get

• £32,000–£36,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus: realistically £40-45k a year
• Progression through RC levels 1 to 3 and into management
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, in our Leeds City Centre office
