The role

You’ll find the candidates. You’ll source and screen people for live direct sales roles, then hand the best ones to our account managers, who take them through to interview and start. Our data drives everything we do, so following our processes carefully and keeping every record accurate is a big part of the job.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates from job boards, our database and inbound applications
• Run telephone screenings and decide who’s right for each role
• Hand screened candidates over to the account manager with clear, complete notes
• Record every step in Loxo accurately, the same way every time
• Follow our processes to the letter so our data stays reliable

What success looks like

Around 60 telephone screenings a month, and a steady flow of quality candidates handed over to account managers.

What you’ll bring

• A great phone manner and a lot of energy
• Real attention to detail: you’re the person who gets the data right
• Comfortable working to weekly and monthly targets
• Recruitment, sales or customer service experience is welcome; full training is given

What you’ll get

• £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly screening bonus: realistically £40k a year
• A clear path through TAS levels 1 to 3, then into Recruitment Consultant
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, in our Leeds City Centre office
