Chef De Partie - #2170455

• A brand new modern Italian restaurant is opening on Harrogate Road in Alwoodley, North Leeds, this November. The idea is simple: traditional Italian cooking done properly and consistently, in a stylish, relaxed setting.

We're building our kitchen team from scratch and looking for three Chefs de Partie to work alongside our Head Chef from day one.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years as a Chef de Partie, with experience in two sections: pizza and pasta, or mains and pizza
• - Pizza: confident with dough making, stretching and working a pizza oven
• - Pasta: fresh pasta and classic Italian sauces cooked to order
• - Mains: cooking meat and fish to temperature, plating consistently to spec
• - Good mise en place, stock rotation and food hygiene (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred)
• - Calm and reliable on busy services, and a good communicator

What we offer:

• £600 per week to start, up to £650 depending on experience, plus tips
• - 40 to 45 hours a week
• - 28 days paid holiday
• - Free staff food and free on-site parking
• - The chance to be part of a new opening and grow with us

We're open 7 days a week, with dinner every day and lunch Thursday to Sunday.

Please note: we're in Alwoodley, North Leeds, not the city centre. Please only apply if you can get here reliably, including evenings and weekends.
