Principle Associate | 6+ PQE | Hybrid | Leeds

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Principal Associate to join a market leading Leveraged Finance and award winning practice with a focus on developing your expertise and market share across Leeds and the North.

The role covers leveraged finance, corporate financings, sponsor-led and corporate transactions, and growth lending and venture debt. You’ll be involved at every stage of a deal, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (in LMA and non-LMA form) and negotiating intercreditor arrangements. You’ll work closely with the corporate and restructuring teams throughout.

Candidate Profile

This role is best suited to someone with at least 6 years’ PQE and strong leveraged finance experience, alongside cashflow lending and general banking. You’ll be proactive and have dealt with lenders, borrowers, intermediaries and investors across the full life of a transaction.
