Salary - £60,000 plus bonus & benefits

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Employee Benefits Consultants, driving revenue growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting and managing team revenue targets, growth objectives, and financial forecasts.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximise performance.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and FCA regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with sales, client relationship, and strategic consulting teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Promoting consistent processes, collaboration, and best practice across the business.
• Supporting diversity, inclusion, professional development, and organisational change.
