Senior or Principal InfoWorks ICM Modeller - #2176682

Our client, a leading organisation in the water sector, is seeking a Senior or Principal InfoWorks ICM Modeller for a contract opportunity. The role will support urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects, with a focus on hydraulic model development, calibration, verification, combined sewer overflow analysis and the development of effective water infrastructure solutions.

• Building, calibrating and verifying hydraulic models using InfoWorks ICM
• Undertaking urban drainage and wastewater modelling across water sector projects
• Analysing combined sewer overflows and storm overflows, including spill frequency and duration
• Supporting optioneering, spill-reduction studies and the development of sustainable solutions
• Preparing technical assessments, reports and recommendations for clients and project teams
• Reviewing and auditing models and technical outputs at Principal level
• Providing technical guidance and undertaking technical checking to ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinating and leading teams of hydraulic modellers where required

• Significant experience in urban drainage and wastewater modelling within the water sector
• Strong hands-on proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, including model build, calibration and verification
• Experience analysing combined sewer overflows, storm overflows and spill performance
• Understanding of optioneering and the development of solutions to reduce spill frequency and duration
• Strong technical reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• For the Principal-level role, extensive experience in model audit, technical review and quality assurance
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience providing technical leadership and coordinating modelling teams at Principal level
