Head of Paid Media – Leeds/Liverpool (Hybrid Remote) - £50-60k

Ada Meher is partnered with a growing Digital Marketing Agency as they seek a Head of Paid Media to lead their established team of 8 FTE. The team deliver paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients, with a particular focus on Meta advertising and Google Ads/PPC. Working closely with clients and the internal team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns, driving measurable results and contributing to the continued growth of the agency through the leadership and performance management of the team – as well as doing some limited hands-on work on any complex issues.

They value proactive, independent thinkers who are confident managing client relationships, empowering team members, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering campaigns that make a genuine commercial impact.

As part of their collaborative culture, the successful candidate can be based locally to either their Leeds or Liverpool office, with the expectation of spending three days per week in the office. To Be Considered:

• Experience managing a team of 5+ FTE including performance management and KPI tracking
• Demonstrable experience managing Paid Media campaigns (incl PPC & Social Media)
• At least 2 years’ experience working within a digital marketing agency, ideally ecommerce focused
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Confident analysing campaign performance, conversion rates and campaign optimisation
• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) would be a bonus
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
