The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.

You will:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Source candidates through headhunting, networking & job boards
• Screen and interview candidates
• Manage salary negotiations and offers
• Generate new business and follow up on leads
• Write and promote job adverts
• Build your personal brand on LinkedIn
• Maintain accurate CRM records

It’s a combination of sales, communication, strategy and relationship-building, making it ideal for ambitious graduates.
