Polish Village Bread, a modern bakery delivering fresh bakery products to homes across the UK for over 20 years, is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representative who is fluent in both Polish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain processes, including customer orders, sales quality, production, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve any issues.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products to provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.

What We're Looking For

• Higher education is preferred; a minimum of secondary education is required.
• Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of the bakery industry and the UK market.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team.
• Responsible, committed, and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English (Polish language required).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
