Business Development Manager: PropTech

We’re recruiting exclusively for an established, well-respected software provider of PropTech. Their products are used by hundreds of housing associations and councils, and demand is strong. They’re now adding a Business Development Manager to win new customers.

The role

• Win new business across councils, housing associations and consultants
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close
• Build and report on a healthy pipeline
• Work with account management on cross-sell opportunities
• Represent the business at key industry events

The person

• A track record of winning new business in B2B software, ideally with long, high-value sales cycles
• If you have sold alternative high value services into housing associations, that would also be considered
• Experience selling to social housing or the wider public sector (a strong plus, not essential)
• A consultative style, comfortable with senior and technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and organised, with strong communication skills
