Multi-Site Commercial Property & Operations Manager - #2182462

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a successful and established Commercial Property & Asset Management company to recruit a Multi-Site Commercial Property & Operations Manager.

The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial office buildings, primarily across Leeds and the surrounding areas. Working closely with an established property team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing contractors and service providers, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting ongoing property improvements & maintenance.

Key Responsibilities of this Multi-Site Commercial Property & Operations Manager -

• Oversee front-of-house operations, providing reception support and acting as a key point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day issues.
• Coordinate leasing activities, including new lettings, renewals, lease expiries, tenant departures and associated rental administration.
• Monitor lease obligations, ensure tenant compliance and follow up on outstanding rental payments.
• Conduct property viewings and support marketing and leasing initiatives to optimise occupancy levels and rental returns.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate building maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects, overseeing budgets, contractors and delivery timelines.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and statutory compliance across the property portfolio.

Requirements of this Multi-Site Commercial Property & Operations Manager -

• Ideally, a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Front of House, Property, Leasing, Facilities or Operations Management role.
• Previous experience within commercial property, B2B office environments, serviced offices, residential accommodation, hotels or serviced apartments would be advantageous.
• Particularly interested in candidates from multi-tenant office buildings, flexible workspaces, serviced accommodation or residential property environments.
• Open to candidates from property administration, corporate reception, front-of-house or building management backgrounds who are looking to take the next step in their careers.
• Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Proactive, hardworking and confident working independently.
