The Role

You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and managing high-quality tech talent across your market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging top tech candidates
• Managing the full candidate journey
• Building strong talent networks and relationships
• Partnering with consultants on live roles
• Delivering an excellent candidate experience

About You

• 12 months + in IT agency recruitment delivery / resourcing / candidate management
• 12 months + Tech recruitment exposure
• Strong communicator with a relationship-led approach
• Organised, proactive and commercially driven
• A genuine self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Able to commute to the Leeds office
